Dive into a world of diverse investment opportunities that promise a prosperous future. From dynamic stock markets to resilient real estate ventures, our platform guides you through a spectrum of choices to shape your financial success

Markets

The company diversifies its business risk by investing in financial products (shares, foreign exchange, mutual funds and commodities) in the UK, Greece and Cyprus.

Real Estate

The company works in partnership with other investors and has bought land both in Cyprus and in Bulgaria where already a significant development of residential and office buildings is underway.

The company invests in properties in London, UK, and has experience in buying, selling, renting and renovating properties.

Renewable Energy

Join the renewable energy revolution with our innovative solutions, driving a sustainable and eco-friendly future. From solar to wind and beyond, we’re at the forefront of clean energy technologies.

Discover the limitless potential of renewable energy with our expertise. We’re dedicated to powering a sustainable world, one renewable project at a time.

Photovoltaic

We are actively engaged in projects for the development of Renewable Energy both in Bulgaria and in Cyprus and have garnered expertise in procuring permits and licenses.

We work together with our consultants to meet the local constraints and requirements to enable the licensing and connection to the grid without any problems and at the minimum cost.

Photovoltaic components: Wafers

Solar Mono-crystalline Wafer

Solar Multi-crystalline Wafer

A thin slice of crystalline silicon is used as the key component in a solar wafer. New developed processing technologies allow reduction in the production costs at each step of the production process, which include recycling more poly-silicon, producing bigger ingots, increasing wafer size, reducing wafer thickness, recovering slurry and increasing production yield.

Photovoltaic components: Modules or Panels

Mono-crystalline Module

Poly-crystalline Module

A photovoltaic module or photovoltaic panel is a packaged, interconnected assembly of photovoltaic cells, also known as solar cells. The photovoltaic module, known more commonly as the solar panel, is then used as a component in a larger photovoltaic system to produce electricity for commercial and residential applications

The new technology using the sun energy is called “Solar Thermal”. This can be of different types like parabolic mirror dishes, parabolic solar trough and Central Receiver solar system. They use molten salt or special oil in order to achieve both high temperatures but also to be able to keep in a reservoir the heated materials in order to use it when there is no sun for the production of steam which will turn the turbine in the conventional way. We can undertake both the study in preparation as well as the consortium of creation in order to undertake such project development.

Wind Energy

We are in the process of evaluating the feasibility study of a Wind farm of 10MW f and in cooperation with a manufacturer to proceed with joint financing and development of the project. We expect to use 2MW turbines and we await the comments of the utility company as to the available capacity on the grid to absorb the produced energy.

Wind power

is the conversion of wind energy into a useful form of energy, such as using wind turbines to produce electricity.

The new global total at the end of 2022 was 562.9 GW, representing cumulative market growth of more than 17 percent. This growth was powered by an astonishing new installations figure of 65,753 MW in China; the global wind power industry installed 73,467 MW in 2021, representing annual market growth of 18 percent.

Several countries have achieved relatively high levels of wind power penetration, such UK, Denmark, Germany and Spain in 2022. As of May 2022, more than 110 countries around the world are using wind power on a commercial basis. Especially in Europe and the agenda 2030 for the reductions green gases this trend will be increased.

Large-scale wind farms are connected to the electric power transmission network. Smaller facilities are used to provide electricity to isolated locations. Utility companies increasingly buy back surplus electricity produced by small domestic turbines.
Wind energy, as an alternative to fossil fuels, is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, and produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation.

However, the construction of wind farms is not universally welcomed because of their visual impact but any effects on the environment are generally among the least problematic of any power source.

Britain, China, Germany and other countries have introduced the offshore wind farms which can produce more energy and avoid public opposition. It must be noted though that the maintenance and installation costs are much higher. Offshore wind development is starting to take off in China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the US

Agriculture

Investment in this sector can take the form of either collaborating with a company already active in this sector or organically through making a consortium of companies, each bringing its own specific product and area of expertise to the table.

Our current focus is on the import & export of agricultural products as well as developing partnerships in Cyprus and abroad in order to guarantee the supply chain and sustainable production of produce

Currently the company has no plans to invest in the production phase of agricultural products but is interested potentially in investing in the development of new techniques regarding sustainable agricultural methods, agricultural diseases, irrigation and water consumption and the effects of climate change on agriculture and agricultural methods.
